And what kind of a cellar: the Helicave, a cellar which combines minimum outside measurements with wide inside measurements and which are practically under all circumstances to realise: irrespective of the floor, the groundwater level and the floor type of your house.

Unique and ingeniously
The Helicave is even unique as ingenious. Elements placed on each other form a round construction, which manages each load. The walls exist from storage spaces, in which you can put aside your wine. By means of a spiral stair you descend comfortably in your own wine cellar. That is everything! The cellar can be placed everywhere in your house and opened up by means of a shutter. You can choose shutters from several types, among which hardened glass, being appropriate for your floor .

Installation without nuisance.
The cellar is absolutely impermeable, durable and placing with minimum nuisance. You retrieve your house in original state… but then with wine cellar which has a capacity from 650 to 3000 bottles.

Quality experience
The Helicave has been developed in the seventies in France. Meanwhile there are already more than fifteen thousand caves built, in the Netherlands there are in the past two years more than 30 built. The system is thoroughly approved. The cellar has been built from durable material and is provided with a moist control and ventilation. The lights are integrated in the cellar roof or in the floor.

Your Helicave wine cellar is ready provided by Van Dijk- Maasland.  Van Dijk has been founded in 1953, and is among other things specialised in foundations and floor techniques. At the company approximately 100 people are operative, all activities are carried out in own management under quality guarantee (ISO 9002).
